Viaje a Japón.

Bueno, algún día tendrá que ser. Si hay una cosa que tengo que hacer antes de espicharla es ir al sitio que me fascina desde que era tan pequeño y al que me siento tan ligado por miles de razones. Todos me habéis oido mil veces dando la chapa con cosas sobre la cultura, el idioma, el arte, etc..... Pues nada. Es hora de contarlo de verdad.

Un viaje así requiere mucha preparación y hay que prepararlo con tiempo. Hay varios pasos que debo seguir y que iré contando.

Sin duda el primero es conseguir un billete barato. He consultado varias opciones. British Airways desde Heathrow, KLM desde Amsterdam, Lufthansa desde Frankfurt, Air France desde París y la que me da más la risa.... Iberia desde Madrid. ( me pedían 2.345 euros los muy ladrones).

Pues bien. London-Heathrow 519 pounds=550 euros. Vaya chollazo!!!!

Quién me había dicho que ir era tan caro?

Son 17 días. Pues el vuelo ya está. Una vez dado este paso es estudiar con detenimiento que ciudades ver y cuanto tiempo pasar en ellas. Esto me llevará más tiempo decidirlo.

Obviamente un condicionante del viaje es que se trata de un viaje de mochilero en el que habrá que adaptarse a lo que haya para dormir. Hay cientos de tópicos de Japón que pienso mandar a tomar viento fresco como lo caro que es todo.

Qué nos jugamos a que encuentro alojamiento que te cagas y a precio tirado?

Hoxe é un día importante dentro do deporte galego. A nosa selección de futbol vai disputar un partido fronte a potente selección de Irán. Fai hoxe dous anos, no 2007, que David, Dario, Rubén, Manule e máis eu puidemos asistir i escoitar o himno do noso país no estadio de Riazor.

A verdade é que estos partidos de cara á galería están moi ben pero ata que Galicia compita en torneos internacionais a cousa non pasará de ser mera anécdota. Escocia compite, Gales compite e Irlanda do Norte tamén. Nós tamén queremos iso.
Eu, obviamente, non poderei asistir o partido pero o meu compañeiro inseparable David irá.


Disfrutade os que poidades con esta oportunidade e animade a morte. Eu namentres estarei dando conta das miñas pintas de Guiness.

Salisbury.

Nice place for a trip. Just one hour from London Waterloo Station It´s one of the most beautiful towns u could visit in England. Specially at Chrismas. Apart from that, the cathedral is astonishing. I´m not very keen on religion but architecture is different. Besides, in England there are a different point of view regarding to the use of churches. At Christmas time these are places of meeting, tea cups, Christmas trees and carols.

The first Salisbury Cathedral was built at Old Sarum by St Bishop Osmund between 1075 and 1092. Thus the city of New Sarum, known as Salisbury, was founded in 1220, and the building of the new cathedral begun by Bishop Richard Poore in that year. The main body was completed in only 38 years and is a masterpiece of Early English architecture. The cathedral library contains the best preserved of the four surviving copies of the Magna Carta.
In 1386, a large mechanical clock was installed at Salisbury Cathedral, the oldest surviving mechanical clock in Britain.

These kids were preparing for a Christmas concert and it was delightful hearing them. The teacher was a Rottenmaier telling them off the whole time.

Tú vas tan tranquilo, paseando por la 5ª avenida mirando para la gente y los comercios caros, las limusinas, la policía, una explosión, los negros que parecen 2pack, la peña armada.... dije explosión? Esto es de peli. Qué se te ocurre hacer? Coger tu cámara y mirar qué pasa. Reconozco que esto da un poco de respeto y una explosión aquí más pero de algo hay que morir. Total poco se pierde.

Llega la caballeria. Estos tios tardaron 4 minutos en llegar. La policía ya estaba allí desalojando la zona. Ojala estuviera aquí John McLane y dijera "Yipi ahy ye hijo de puta"

A todo esto la explosión fue justo al lado de la catedral de San Patricio.

Japoneando.

Uno de los sitios donde podeis empezar a aprender un poco de japonés es este. Eri, Rei y David nos van contando de forma divertida algunos aspectos del idioma. Lo más interesante, en mi opinión, es la fonética de las palabras así como la entonación de las frases y la tonificación de las palabras. Por ahora están empezando pero la cosa parece muy interesante. Yo ya practico mi japo con estos tios. ¿Qué pasa? Otros juegan al golf!!
